It is made with a careful selection of grapes of
Carricante and Chardonnay, cultivated on the slopes on the eastern and northern sides of Etna.
grapes are harvested with careful selection and placed in short cases to avoid crushing during transportation to the winery. The bunches intact, are softly pressed. Fermentation takes place at 20-23°C in casks. After fermentation the wine is left to mature on its yeasts in the same casks for at least one year.
in bottle for 6-8 months minimum.

- scent: intense, rich, full, fruity with scents of ripe apple, citrus, anise and bitter almond.
- taste: dry, harmonic, full bodied, reasonably acidulous, with after taste of anise and almond.
